Beijing Chuangzhi Technology Co., Ltd. (referred to as "we" or "Chuangzhi Technology") values the privacy of users. When you use Chuangzhi Technology's services, Chuangzhi Technology may collect and use your relevant information. Chuangzhi Technology hopes to explain to advertisers, developers, and their end users (hereinafter collectively referred to as "you" or "users") who use our services through this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this policy/this privacy policy") how Chuangzhi Technology collects, uses, stores, transmits, shares, transfers, and protects personal information; help you understand how to query, access, delete, correct, and withdraw consent to personal information. When developers and their end users use applications, mini-programs, and other products ("Applications") integrated with Chuangzhi Technology's advertising platform products and services, Chuangzhi Technology will provide services such as advertising push services to end users through the application (referred to as "Chuangzhi Technology services/this service" as listed below). Developers will provide end users with related services based on advertising push through the "Chuangzhi Technology services" integrated within their applications. Information that Chuangzhi Technology may collect during the provision of services includes:
(1)创致科技通过其提供的软件开发包（“SDK”）、应用程序接口（“API”）、平台、服务或技术而从其他手机应用开发者、其他的广告交易平台、其他的流量供应方平台等商业合作伙伴（“商业合作伙伴”）或创致科技指定的第三方所收集到的终端用户的信息；

(1) Information about end users collected by Chuangzhi Technology from other mobile app developers, other advertising exchange platforms, other traffic supply platform partners ("business partners"), or third parties designated by Chuangzhi Technology, through its provided Software Development Kit ("SDK"), Application Programming Interfaces ("APIs"), platforms, services, or technologies.
(2) Information generated by end users when using the applications, websites, platforms, or other services of other business partners, which is collected by Chuangzhi Technology from other business partners or third parties designated by them and transmitted to Chuangzhi Technology. This includes interaction information between end users and advertisements.
(3) Information provided by Chuangzhi Technology's business partners to Chuangzhi Technology during the use of platforms, technologies, and services provided by Chuangzhi Technology.

(2)在注册、接入、使用创致科技SDK、API或其他技术产品和/或服务前，请将本政策提供给开发者终端用户以便获取用户的同意。如果不同意本政策，应立即停止接入及使用创致科技 SDK、API或其他技术产品和/或服务。
(3)开发者应当始终遵守处理用户个人信息的所有可适用的法律、法规和监管要求，以充分保护用户的个人信息安全，并对处理用户个人信息的行为向用户进行负责。
(4)开发者应当并已经向用户提供易于操作的访问、更正、删除其个人信息，撤销或更改其授权同意、注销其个人账号等用户权利实现机制。
(1) In order to ensure that users can use Chuangzhi Technology's related services with full knowledge and express consent to this policy, and to ensure that we can legally obtain users' personal information, developers should clearly state in the privacy policy of their application, as required by us, that the developer's application integrates Chuangzhi Technology products and services. (2) Before registering, accessing, or using Chuangzhi Technology's SDK, API, or other technical products and/or services, developers should provide this policy to end users of the developer to obtain their consent. If the user does not agree to this policy, they should immediately stop accessing and using Chuangzhi Technology's SDK, API, or other technical products and/or services.
(3) Developers must always comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and regulatory requirements regarding the processing of user personal information, to fully protect the security of user personal information and be responsible to users for the processing of their personal information.

1. How we collect and use personal information

1.1 When you, as an advertiser or developer, log in and access the Chuangzhi Technology platform website and use the services provided by the Chuangzhi Technology platform:
a. Registration, login
当您注册创致科技账户时，创致科技会问及 您的姓名、电子邮件地址、手机号码。您可以通过手机号码和电子邮箱创建账号，我们将通过电子邮箱发送验证链接来验证您的身份是否有效。收集以上信息是为了满足相关法律、法规关于网络实名制要求和帮助您完成账号的注册、登录，保护您的账号安全，如果您拒绝提供将无法完成正常使用我们的产品和/或服务。
When you register for a Chuangzhi Technology account, Chuangzhi Technology will ask for your name, email address, and phone number. You can create an account using either your phone number or email address. We will send a verification link to your email address to verify the validity of your identity. Collecting this information is to comply with relevant laws and regulations regarding online real-name systems and to assist you in completing account registration and login processes, ensuring the security of your account. If you refuse to provide this information, you will be unable to use our products and/or services normally.
b. Cooperative transactions
为了双方的正常合作，需要您继续使用创致科技身份自主验证系统，完善相关的网络实名制信息和合作交易信息，包括 您的身份证号码、联系人姓名、联系电话、通讯地址、银行账户。身份证号码、通讯地址、银行账户是个人敏感信息，是用户身份验证和收付款功能所必需的信息，如果您拒绝提供以上信息将导致您无法使用本功能，但不影响其他功能的正常使用。联系电话和通讯地址是个人敏感信息，是用户身份验证、合作沟通和交易文件传递所必需的信息，拒绝提供将导致创致科技无法联系到您，提供更好的服务。
For the smooth cooperation between both parties, it is necessary for you to continue using the Chuangzhi Technology self-verification system to complete relevant online real-name information and cooperative transaction information, including your ID card number, contact person's name, contact phone number, mailing address, and bank account. The ID card number, mailing address, and bank account are sensitive personal information required for user identity verification and payment functions. If you refuse to provide the above information, you will be unable to use this function, but it will not affect the normal use of other functions. The contact phone number and mailing address are also sensitive personal information necessary for user identity verification, communication, and transaction document delivery. Refusal to provide these will result in Chuangzhi Technology being unable to contact you, affecting service delivery.

If you agree to use Chuangzhi Technology's designated third-party identity verification system, we will share your information, including your name, ID card number, and contact phone number, with the third-party service provider. 1.2 When you are acting as a developer and your end users, to fulfill the basic service functions of the Chuangzhi Technology platform, we may need to collect device information through the developer's application. This collection of information will only occur if the application has obtained permission from the terminal device system.**
When developers and their end users use applications integrated with Chuangzhi Technology's advertising push services, we provide advertising push services to end users through the application. During the provision of our services, device information may be collected. Scenarios where terminal device information is collected from developer applications include:

In the above information:
The geographical location of end users is considered sensitive personal information. If end users refuse to provide this information, they can contact their mobile device service provider or manufacturer to assist in revoking authorization. Chuangzhi Technology will then cease collecting this information.
If developers and/or their end users do not wish to use Chuangzhi Technology's personalized recommendation service, developers or their end users should disable the personalized recommendation service according to the relevant features in the developer's application/website settings. Chuangzhi Technology will then cease providing personalized recommendation services to developers and/or their end users, and stop collecting related information. Please note that disabling personalized recommendations will limit the developer's ability to deliver relevant ads to their end users, but will not reduce the number of ads received by end users.

If developers and their end users use Chuangzhi Technology's API services, developers will collect users' personal information based on their own privacy policies and the authorization of their end users. They will choose necessary information to authorize Chuangzhi Technology to access based on the purpose of optimizing advertising effectiveness. When end users need to revoke these authorization permissions, most mobile devices support this demand. For specific methods, please refer to or contact the service provider or manufacturer of the end user's mobile device.
For the purpose of achieving personalized ad delivery, the information collected may be de-identified or anonymized for research, statistical analysis, and prediction. This is aimed at improving and enhancing the services of Chuangzhi Technology platform and providing product or technical service support for user marketing decisions. If we use the information for purposes not specified in this policy or for other purposes than those for which the information was collected for, we will seek consent from developers and their end users beforehand.

When you use other Chuangzhi Technology products and/or services, such as accessing Chuangzhi Technology webpages, participating in surveys, or contacting us, we may retain communication/call records and content with you at that time, as well as any contact information you provide, in order to communicate with you, assist you in resolving issues, or record the solutions and results of related issues.

In the following circumstances, we may collect and use some necessary personal information without obtaining your authorization:

You can lodge a complaint or report in accordance with the procedures we have published. 6.1.6 Notification of Ceasing Operations

Regarding the mechanism for developers' rights realization, the scope and manner in which developers access, modify, and delete personal information will depend on the functional settings declared by developers in their privacy policies or user agreements. 对于开发者的终端用户的权利实现机制而言，由于创致科技是直接向开发者提供广告推送、个性化推荐等业务功能，但创致科技不会直接向终端用户提供服务，且终端用户也不是我们的直接客户，因此，我们建议终端用户向为其提供服务的开发者提出访问、修改、删除等不同的个人信息权利请求。同时，终端用户也可以通过本政策所提供的联系方式与我们联系，我们需要终端用户提供必要的证明文件，并可能会对终端用户进行身份验证。我们会向开发者核实终端用户身份以保障终端用户账号安全的情况下，我们会响应终端用户的相关请求。当终端用户直接向我们主张个人信息主体权利时，根据开发者的隐私政策或个人信息保护声明，我们还可能将与终端用户个人信息相关的请求直接发送给该开发者，要求其处理和/或寻求帮助。
As for the mechanism for the rights realization of developers' end users, since Sigmob directly provides advertising push and personalized recommendation services to developers, but does not directly provide services to end users, and end users are not our direct customers, we recommend that end users request access, modification, deletion, and other rights related to personal information from the developers who provide services to them. Additionally, end users can also contact us through the contact information provided in this policy. We may require end users to provide necessary proof documents and may verify their identities. We will respond to end users' requests after verifying their identities to ensure the security of their accounts. When end users directly assert their rights as data subjects to us, according to the developers' privacy policies or personal information protection statements, we may directly send requests related to end users' personal information to the respective developers for handling and/or assistance.

We will respond to the above reasonable requests from developers and/or end users. However, we may refuse requests that are groundless, require excessive technical means (such as developing new systems or fundamentally changing existing practices), pose risks to the legitimate rights and interests of others, or are highly impractical (such as requests involving information stored on backup tapes).
7. How We Handle Children's Personal Information
（一） 我们重视儿童的个人信息保护。 在开发者使用我们的服务过程中，我们推定开发者是已满18周岁并具有相应的民事行为能力的。请开发者理解并知悉，如果开发者提供的应用程序或网站是针对儿童用户的，请开发者务必确保终端用户（儿童）的监护人已经阅读并同意了开发者的隐私政策和儿童隐私政策，并且经其同意后提供儿童个人信息给我们，以实现隐私政策中所述的相关功能。
(I) We Value the Protection of Children's Personal Information. During the use of our services by developers, we assume that the developers are over 18 years old and possess the corresponding civil capacity. Developers should understand and be aware that if the application or website they provide is targeted at child users, developers must ensure that the guardians of the end users (children) have read and agreed to the developer's privacy policy and children's privacy policy, and provide children's personal information to us with the consent of the guardians, to realize the related functions stated in the privacy policy.

When you use the services of Chuangzhi Technology, Chuangzhi Technology may use your information to send emails or push notifications to your device. If you do not wish to receive these messages, you can opt out by following the relevant prompts from Chuangzhi Technology or by contacting us at community@sigmob.com.

(II) Service-Related Announcements
