When you use our services, we may collect and use information about you. A. When advertisers and developers log in and visit the website, the website will provide you with advertising platform transaction services and collect information about such visitors through the following websites, including:

(3)创智汇聚的商业合作伙伴在使用创智汇聚提供的平台、技术、服务过程中提供给创智汇聚的信息。
B. When developers and their end users use the applications, mini programs and other products (" Applications ") operated by them that integrate the products and services of the Smart Convergence Advertising Platform, Smart Convergence will provide advertising push services and other services to the end users through the application (see "Smart Convergence Services/The Service" below). Developers will provide relevant services based on advertising to end users through their in-app integrated "Smart Convergence Service". The information that may be collected in the process of providing services by Trachwise Convergence includes:
(1) End user information collected by the Company from other mobile application developers, other advertising exchange platforms, other traffic provider platforms and other business partners (" business partners ") or third parties designated by the company through the software development kits (" SDKS "), application programming interfaces (" apis "), platforms, services or technologies provided by the company ;
(2) Information collected by Skysmart Convergence from other business partners or their designated third parties and transmitted to Skysmart Convergence's end users when using the business partner's application, website, platform or other services, including information about the interaction between end users and advertisements;
(3) The information provided by the business partners in the process of using the platform, technology and service provided by the company.

(1)为了确保用户能够在充分知情并明示授权同意本政策的情况下使用创智汇聚的相关服务，且保证我们能够合法地获取用户的个人信息，开发者应当按照我们的要求在其应用中的隐私政策中明确说明开发者的应用中是集成了创智汇聚产品和服务之情况，例如我们的名称、收集/使用/处理的个人信息、使用目的、本政策的访问链接并确保用户可以点击链接查看本政策，以获得用户充分、有效、明确的同意。如果开发者应用的用户是未成年人，特别是不满14周岁的未成年人，请开发者务必确保就开发者获得用户的父母或其他合法监护人的充分、有效、明确的同意。
(2)在注册、接入、使用创智汇聚SDK、API或其他技术产品和/或服务前，请将本政策提供给开发者终端用户以便获取用户的同意。如果不同意本政策，应立即停止接入及使用创智汇聚 SDK、API或其他技术产品和/或服务。
(3)开发者应当始终遵守处理用户个人信息的所有可适用的法律、法规和监管要求，以充分保护用户的个人信息安全，并对处理用户个人信息的行为向用户进行负责。
(4)开发者应当并已经向用户提供易于操作的访问、更正、删除其个人信息，撤销或更改其授权同意、注销其个人账号等用户权利实现机制。

- Cooperative trading
(1) For the normal cooperation between the two parties, you need to continue to use the self-verification system of Chuangchi Convergence identity, improve the relevant network real name system information and cooperation transaction information, including ** your ID number, contact name, contact telephone number, mailing address, bank account. - 如开发者及其终端用户使用创智汇聚API服务，开发者将根据其自己的隐私政策和其终端用户的授权收集用户的个人信息，并基于优化广告效果的目的选择必要信息授权给创智汇聚读取。当终端用户需要关闭这些授权权限时，大多数移动设备都会支持用户的这项需求，具体方法请参考或联系终端用户移动设备的服务商或生产商。

- ** In order to realize the information collected by the personalized advertising push function, we may conduct de-identification or anonymization research, statistical analysis and prediction on the information provided by developers and their end users or collected by us, in order to improve and enhance the services of the Smart Aggregation platform and provide product or technical service support for users' marketing decisions. ** When we use information for other purposes not specified in this Policy, or use information collected for a specific purpose for other purposes, we will seek the prior consent of the developer and its end users.

（四） 征得同意的例外

对于开发者的终端用户的权利实现机制而言，由于创智汇聚是直接向开发者提供广告推送、个性化推荐等业务功能，但创智汇聚不会直接向终端用户提供服务，且终端用户也不是我们的直接客户，因此，我们建议终端用户向为其提供服务的开发者提出访问、修改、删除等不同的个人信息权利请求。同时，终端用户也可以通过本政策所提供的联系方式与我们联系，我们需要终端用户提供必要的证明文件，并可能会对终端用户进行身份验证。我们会向开发者核实终端用户身份以保障终端用户账号安全的情况下，我们会响应终端用户的相关请求。当终端用户直接向我们主张个人信息主体权利时，根据开发者的隐私政策或个人信息保护声明，我们还可能将与终端用户个人信息相关的请求直接发送给该开发者，要求其处理和/或寻求帮助。
我们会响应开发者和/或终端用户上述的合理请求，如无端重复、需要过多技术手段（例如，需要开发新系统或从根本上改变现行惯例）、给他人合法权益带来风险或者非常不切实际（例如，涉及备份磁带上存放的信息）的请求，我们可能会予以拒绝。
七、 我们如何处理儿童的个人信息
（一） 我们重视儿童的个人信息保护。 在开发者使用我们的服务过程中，我们推定开发者是已满18周岁并具有相应的民事行为能力的。请开发者理解并知悉，如果开发者提供的应用程序或网站是针对儿童用户的，请开发者务必确保终端用户（儿童）的监护人已经阅读并同意了开发者的隐私政策和儿童隐私政策，并且经其同意后提供儿童个人信息给我们，以实现隐私政策中所述的相关功能。

7. How do we handle children's personal information
(a) ** We attach importance to the protection of children's personal information. ** In the process of using our services, we assume that the developer is at least 18 years old and has the corresponding civil capacity.
